What’s the most uncomfortable movie you’ve ever watched?

I just finished watching Requiem for a Dream, and I don’t think I’ll be able to sit through it again. It’s brilliant, but incredibly soul-crushing. What’s a movie that left you feeling deeply unsettled or disturbed?

    Watched Martyrs because someone said it was ‘just a psychological thriller’

    Bro, that wasn’t a movie, that was a trauma delivery system. I sat in silence for 30 minutes after, just contemplating existence. 0/10 for my sanity, 10/10 for nightmare fuel. 😵
