Minecraft crazy spawn point?

Booted up my old Xbox 360 to play Minecraft with my nephew. While revisiting my old worlds (and getting roasted for my builds), he started a new world and immediately freaked out at what we saw.

According to Google and my nephew, it’s a woodland mansion next to a sand temple, apparently super rare? Thought I’d ask here if anyone knows more
